Lindsey Hovland,
Founder of Eventyr

With a foundation in Exercise Physiology from Oregon State University and more than 20 years in clinical cardiology, Lindsey brings deep expertise and heart-centered leadership to the evolving world of cardiovascular care. For over 15 years, she has specialized in cardiac devices with St. Jude Medical and Abbott, building a reputation as a trusted international educator and consultant.
Her work has focused extensively on remote patient monitoring and the thoughtful integration of AI in medicine; helping clinicians and health systems leverage data to improve outcomes, workflows, and patient experience. In 2025, she further expanded her leadership focus through MIT’s Leadership in the AI Age certification.
Lindsey’s professional journey has taken her from Boulder to Salt Lake City to Portland, ultimately landing in Bend in 2017, where she continues to blend innovation with lifestyle and community. She is a proud mom to two daughters, Lottie (9) and Marlow (12), and shares her time between Bend and Norway, where her extended family is rooted in Halden, Trondheim, and Oppdal. She and her spouse were married in Iceland in 2021—another place that holds a special piece of their story.
Deeply inspired by her Scandinavian ties, Lindsey is passionate about bringing Norwegian culture to life in Central Oregon. Her personal and professional aesthetic is best described as rugged luxury—where clinical precision, natural beauty, and elevated simplicity meet.
